Luke 16:10-12

10 Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much,

and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.

11 So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth,

who will trust you with true riches?

12 And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else's property,

who will give you property of your own?

We like to ask grandiose questions.
"What is life? How should I live my LIFE? Why is my LIFE like this?"
Such big questions do not help us become happy.
We become happy when we appreciate little things.
Appreciate the present moment if you want to be able to appreciate your entire life!
Appreciate the present company if you want to be able to appreciate the human race!
Appreciate the meal that you are having and be grateful for it.

If you cannot trust God for little things, you will not be able to trust God for big things.
Faith begins small. Jesus said that if we have faith the size of a mustard seed we can move a mountain.
You want to move a mountain? All you have to do is to have faith the size of a mustard seed.
That is how powerful your faith can be! How powerful it would be if you have faith the size of a basketball?
You would be able to do anything. However, you can only start with the least faith if you want to grow your faith.

A smallest task will be given to you by God.
To take care of a little one. To respect your mother and father. To love your sibling.
If you cannot accomplish those small tasks that are given by God,
how can God trust you with bigger tasks?

Be faithful in little things, so that God can trust you and give you greater tasks.

Amen.
